Kutcho Copper Changes Name and Resumes Trading

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / December 20, 2017 / Kutcho Copper Corp. (formerly, Desert Star Resources Ltd.) (TSX-V: DSR) (the ”Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of its previously announced name change from Desert Star Resources Ltd. to Kutcho Copper Corp. It is anticipated that the Company’s common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol ”KC” upon the opening of the markets on December 21, 2017.

The CUSIP number assigned to the Company’s shares following the name change is 501377105 (ISIN: CA5013771053). No action is required by stockholders and outstanding stock certificates are not affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged.

The Company also announced the grant of an aggregate of 2,725,000 stock options to directors and senior officers of the Company, with each option exercisable at a price of $0.65 per share for a period of five years.
