Titanium Transportation Group Announces Third Quarter Results, Reports 93% Increase in EBITDA

posted in: Charts | 0

A Canadian transportation company we have been following for a few months, Titanium Transportation Group Inc. (TSX-V:TTR), released third quarter 2015 financial results today and the numbers are impressive. TTR is benefiting from its strong exposure to cross border traffic to the U.S. which has remained vibrant particularly due to the strong U.S. dollar. TTR also has no exposure to oil & gas customers.

The company continues to execute and achieve its growth targets:

Moreover, TTR is powerfully positioned with a strong balance sheet (recently completed an oversubscribed bought deal financing of $11.5 million along with $30 million of undrawn credit facilities) to take full advantage of a buyer’s market for sub-$50 million revenue acquisitions in the trucking sector.

Mr. Ted Daniel, CEO of Titanium commented: “Titanium’s diverse customer base and core operations continue to provide a strong platform for future growth. Titanium is well positioned to execute its consolidation strategy with a strong balance sheet and substantial undrawn credit facilities.”
